Description:

This Power Sonics ultrasonic cleaning system is a 3-stage unit with wash, rinse and dry cycles. The machine is all stainless-steel construction inside and out.

The wash stage features a two plate ultrasonic transducer, powered by two separate generators, that creates a very aggressive ultrasonic bath. An overflow manifold can be used to remove floating oil. The wash stage also contains a filtration system to remove particulate from the wash fluid .

The rinse stage uses an air agitation system to assist with removal of any debris/soap residue left on parts after washing, and also uses an overflow manifold to remove oils. Both wash and rinse stations have a 37 gallon capacity and may be run with either oscillation or rotation during cycles. Most functions are PLC operated to simplify use. Both stations have adjustable heat settings and time cycles. The dryer stage uses two blowers and airflow detection (to protect heating elements), and offers rotation, time and temperature control as process options.

This unit has been completely inspected and tested and is ready to be put in use. The process basket size is 12.5”D x 18.5”W x 6.5”H
